Personal Training

For a Personal Training (PT) – private and duet sessions: PTs are always by appointment, so email us at pilatesateliergent@gmail.com and we will look for a date that suits you best.
PLEASE NOTE: currently all time slots with Freya and Valerie for Personal Training are fully booked and they are therefore unable to accept new clients until December 2025.

Group Classes

For a group class (mat and semi-private): check our timetable of weekly group classes. You can register via the online booking system of Momoyoga: www.momoyoga.com/pilatesateliergent. You need to register once with an email address and password, after which you can purchase a product (single class / multi-class card / subscription). This gives you access to the timetable and allows you to book your classes. Tip: do this the first time via laptop or desktop. Afterwards, you can easily sign in and out for our classes using the handy Momoyoga app.

Please note: Almost all classes are fully booked – as a new client, you can no longer create an account in Momoyoga. If you’re interested in the mat classes on Tuesdays at 7 PM or Wednesdays at 9 AM or 7 PM (there are still spots available for those mat classes!), send us an email at pilatesateliergent@gmail.com and we will gladly create a Momoyoga account for you.

Note: if there is no spot available for a class, you can register on the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you will be added to the participant list from the waiting list and will automatically receive an email. You can be added to a class by the booking system up to 6 hours before the start of the class. If no spot becomes available, no credit will be deducted from your multi-class card. This means that, for example, you can be added to the 7:30pm class as late as 1:30pm.

Note: for the mat group classes you need your own (pilates) mat. A good pilates mat is thicker than a yoga mat (at least 15 mm thick) – this thickness is necessary to avoid pain in your spine during exercises such as Rolling Like A Ball, Open Leg Rocker, etc.

By booking a class, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Pilatesatelier Gent. These terms state, among other things, that you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the class.
