Group Classes
At Pilatesatelier Gent we encourage you to consciously do pilates at least once, preferably twice or even three times a week – through a mat group class, semi-private group class (on the equipment, max. 5 people) or through Personal Training (private or duet sessions). Joseph Pilates said for good reason: “In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 sessions you will see the difference, and in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body“. That’s why we have developed several flexible formulas so you can book your classes and come train whenever it suits you.
