1. Registration / Enrollment

Registration for classes, personal trainings and workshops is done via the online booking system Momoyoga (group classes) or by appointment (personal training) via email to Pilatesatelier Gent. By registering, you agree to the general terms and conditions and your registration is final. Payment is made via the online booking system Momoyoga or by bank transfer. All prices for classes/multi-lesson cards/subscriptions include VAT. The paid amount cannot be refunded and the membership is personal and non-transferable. An invoice is possible.

2. Liability

Participation in classes, personal trainings and workshops at and by Pilatesatelier Gent is entirely at your own risk. Pilatesatelier Gent is not responsible/liable for injuries under the following conditions:
– if your doctor has advised against such an exercise program on medical grounds;
– if you fail to follow or are unable to follow the safety and technique guidelines;
– if the injury was caused by negligence of other participants in the session.
Pilatesatelier Gent also cannot be held responsible/liable for damage to persons or property. Furthermore, Pilatesatelier Gent is not liable for damage to or loss of property. Injuries/conditions and physical or psychological complaints must be made known to the instructor before participating in the classes. The instructor has the right to advise against or refuse participation in the classes. Of course, personal information is treated confidentially.

3. Fixed Multi-Lesson Cards

Within the validity period of the multi-lesson card, you attend a class of your choice. A multi-lesson card gives access to a fixed series/type of classes (mat, semi-privates, solo, duo, or trio) and is valid for a certain period. This information is stated with each multi-lesson card or subscription on the website and/or Momoyoga. You can combine multiple cards for different types of classes. You always attend the classes for which you are registered. After the validity period expires, the classes expire.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation of multi-lesson cards is not possible.

5. Holidays and Public Holidays

There are no classes during school holidays and on public holidays, unless otherwise indicated. During the summer holidays, an adjusted schedule applies.

6. Deregistration

You can cancel your registration free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled class, personal training, workshop or activity. If you do this later, the registration will still be charged. It is almost impossible for the instructor to find another participant at such short notice.

7. Instructor Absence

In case of illness or absence of a pilates instructor, Pilatesatelier Gent will have to cancel the class. Pilatesatelier Gent will inform participants as soon as possible by email and extend the validity of your single class/multi-lesson card/subscription.

8. House Rules

As a participant in the classes/workshops offered by Pilatesatelier Gent, you are required to adhere to the house rules. For focus and respect for other participants, we ask you to turn off your mobile phone or set it to silent. For safety and hygiene reasons, we require all participants to train barefoot or wear pilates grip socks during solo and duo personal trainings, and semi-privates. Pilatesatelier Gent reserves the right to refuse access to the class if there are valid reasons. Access may also be refused in case of late arrival.

9. Complaints and Disputes

Pilatesatelier Gent aims to build a long-term cooperation and trust relationship with its clients. Should there nevertheless be circumstances about which you wish to file a complaint or discuss something, please report the complaint by email so that we can find a suitable solution as soon as possible.
